Two shapes

We do not trailer a full oven up the coast. Nearby means Akko, the old city, and the hotels that can walk here.
Courtyard peel
We fire from our oven and run pies to a courtyard you have already booked. Hot, not theatrical. Tell us the walking time.
Rebuild days
Sunday and Monday the floor is out. A wedding-week night those days is only a courtyard run, and only if Friday’s bake can stand the wait. We will say no if it cannot.

We light as usual. Your pies come off in waves, not as a plated banquet. Focaccia on the tables first.

Last pies. If you need later, say so in the note — the mouth still has to sleep before a rebuild day.
